Strong ricotta sauce prepared like homemade, with selected ingredients respecting the original recipe.

This condiment shines when used with wholemeal flour fresh pasta, like typical Salento shapes. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, simply mix or toss in a pan with the ready-made ricotta forte sauce from Pralina.
Aligned with the values of a vegetarian diet.
Ingredients : Tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, ricotta forte [(whey) sheep’s ricotta, (sheep’s whey)], basil, salt.
Shelf-life: 30 months. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. NO PRESERVATIVES!
