Chitarra – our advice
Mancini Spaghetti Chitarra goes perfectly with rich and spicy sauces such as tomato sauce, or a meat-based sauce.
The pasta should be cooked “al dente”. The cooking time is therefore between 8 and 10 minutes.

Opis
Spaghetti CHITARRA:
Unlike classic spaghetti, which is long and cylindrical, chittara spaghetti are square in shape and have a smaller diameter. They take their name from the tool used to give them thickness and a porous texture. It is, in fact, a rectangular mold called a “guitar” (chitarra, in Italian).
Described as “ribbon pasta”, Mancini’s Spaghetti Chitarra has a length of 260 mm and a square section of 2 mm on each side.
They are produced only from water and responsibly grown durum wheat. This production technique allows Mancini to create pasta of incomparable quality.
Award-winning in the Marches, these artisanal pastas are particularly tasty and their texture allows sauces to adhere perfectly to their surface.
