Mancini Penne Rigate are crafted from Durum Wheat grown in the company’s own fields in the Marche region.
Using traditional bronze extruding machines, Mancini ensures a rough-textured artisanal pasta with many pores, perfect for absorbing sauces.
The pasta is slowly dried at a low temperature for up to 44 hours, preserving the protein structure and ensuring a superior al dente texture.

Derived from the Italian word “penna” (meaning pen), penne come in two forms: liscio (smooth) and rigato (ridged).
