A mix of grilled vegetables flavored with Mediterranean spices and placed in olive oil. Excellent to enjoy as an appetizer, side dish or to stuff sandwiches and focaccia.
Ingredients: Vegetables in varying proportions (peppers, eggplants, zucchinis, onions, carrots) 63%, olive oil 34%, salt, parsley, wine vinegar. Corrector of acidity: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
