Opis
Try Bucatini, a type of pasta with a hole in the middle! 🙂
Bucatini is a long pasta that resembles spaghetti, but it is thicker, with a characteristic hole running through the center of each strand. The rough surface of Bucatini helps it perfectly absorb and hold onto various sauces. Produced in Tuscany, this pasta pairs wonderfully with sauces like all’Amatriciana, as well as with ingredients such as eggs, cheese, anchovies, and sardines.
Pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company Mancini.
Semolina and water are the only ingredients.
Circular bronze die plates are used, and Bucatini is dried at temperatures between a minimum of 36°C and a maximum of 46°C over a period of 28 hours.
The pasta has a diameter of 2.8 mm with a central hole of 0.8 mm and a length of 260 mm.
The cooking time : 5 – 7 minutes.
