Zucchini grilled on hot lava stones, flavored with spices reminiscent of the Mediterranean and immersed in olive oil. Excellent as appetizer, side dish or to stuff sandwiches and focaccia.
Ingredients: Zucchini 63%, olive oil 34%, garlic, chilli pepper, parsley, mint, salt, wine vinegar of wine. Corrector of acidity: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
