Eggplants grilled on hot lava stones and flavored with spices reminiscent of the Mediterranean and placed in olive oil. Excellent to enjoy as an appetizer, side dish or to stuff sandwiches and focaccia.
Ingredients: Eggplant 63%, olive oil 34%, garlic, chili pepper, oregano, mint, salt, wine vinegar. Acidity corrector: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
